Provence
This collection of paintings is an expression of the joy we experience
while living in Provence :
medieval villages, cobblestone streets with bright hollyhocks and ancient roses,
small mysterious windows, sculpted doors from the time of the crusades,
and, in these villages, the profound silence of a sacred space.
In the countryside,
isolated farmhouses, where generations of farmers have worked in the glowing, perfumed lavender fields,
under intense pure skies and luminous clouds.
So we draw and paint intensely the charm of its character,
Provence of perfume and laughter ...
